Booking Policy

Policies are in place to protect both my time and yours.

Deposits are non-refundable
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled
Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit deposits
Appointments are client-only. Please do not bring additional guests unless discussed prior to your appointment.

Booking confirms agreement to all policies.

Booking Expectations

Please book only when you are confident in your availability. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
Deposits go toward the service
One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice
To ensure the best results, hair should be washed and blow-dried prior to your appointment unless you’ve added a wash and blow-dry service to your booking.

Reschedules must be within 7-10 days of the original appointment date. Appointments cannot be pushed out weeks or months out using the same deposit. A new deposit will be required for extended reschedules .

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time so your appointment can begin as scheduled.

A $15 late fee will apply after 15 minutes. if I am able to still complete your service without rushing.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling and the deposit will be forfeited.
