Policy

Deposits are required and are apart of pricing

Only the client receiving the service is allowed to book (unless it’s a child or elderly loved one)

No one is allowed with client at time of service unless it’s parent and child

One reschedule is allowed per deposit

15min grace period, after that the appointment is canceled. If emergency please contact me

Please come washed and blow dried, select styles it is included

Water will be provided

Emotional support dog is on site

4/20 friendly

No call no show = banned from booking

Late fee $20

Squeeze in fee $30

If your child misbehaves during a service it will be a added fee of $15

If extra maintenance is needed during service price will be adjusted

If booking ( design ) please send photo before appointment
